Advance income tax last installment for assessment year 2012-2013 is payable on or before 15th March 2012.

 Rule 37BA of Income Tax rules has been amended w.e.f. 01/11/2011. Now in case the income is to be assessed in the hands of person other than the deductee, the TDS Certficate shall be issued by the Deductor in favor of that other person, provided the details of such person are given by the deductee to the deductor beforehand
