After graduating from Sri Ram College of Commerce Delhi University, he became member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in 1979. Wide experience in Tax Matters Expertise in handling FEMA matters Drafting/vetting of agreements, MOU. Qualified information system auditor (DISA from ICAI), Specialization in accounting standards. Has been speaker to various study circles of ICAI. Special invitee to various expert committees of ICAI.

R.K. Aggarwal
FCA (experience 28 years)
After graduating from Delhi University became member of the Institute in 1980.Wide experience in Company Law matters Audit of public sector/private sector undertakings, specialisation in statutory/concurrent audits of banks and financial institutions, has conducted special investigative audits of NBFC allotted by RBI. Service tax – consultancy and compliance.

Rajeev Jain
